Why I built Boomer
Hi, I’m Manny. One of my first consulting jobs was helping a major international airport move meal-cart security checks off paper and onto phones. They had a five-figure budget, but our firm wouldn’t get out of bed for anything less than a million.
Years later, most small practices are still stuck on paper. It’s just paper that gets emailed now. Courts and government departments want their own forms back, in their own format. Google Forms isn’t secure enough, and client data can’t go anywhere near an AI model. So firms keep emailing PDFs.
Boomer does three things:
- Turns the PDFs you already use into secure web forms clients can finish on their phone.
- Gives your clients a secure portal where they can comment and ask questions on forms and tasks just like a Google Doc.
- Fills in the original PDF and bundles it with their supporting documents, ready to file. No million-dollar budget required.

Yes. Boomer works with any regulated PDF, not just legal intake. Accounting, NDIS, and immigration practices can use the same engine with their own templates.
Yes. All data is encrypted at rest and in transit and stored in SOC2 compliant data centers in the US, EU or Australia.
You keep it. We will work with you to export all your data within 30 days of your plan ending and then delete all data from our servers.

You review every extracted form before it goes live. Nothing reaches a client until you've approved the field mapping, so mistakes get caught at setup, not after a client has already submitted.
